Project Manager - Commercial Drywall & Metal Framing

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial drywall and metal framing projects from contract award through final closeout.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing projects involving commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and interior finish systems. This role will be responsible for project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and interior finish projects from award through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and execution strategies.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents to verify scope and identify potential issues.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
• Monitor project budgets, labor productivity, material procurement, subcontractor performance, and overall financial performance.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, pay applications, and other project documentation.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedule progress.
• Identify project risks and devel
