Project Manager - Commercial Drywall & Metal Framing

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and interior construction projects from contract award through final completion. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing drywall and metal framing projects, with a strong background in scheduling, budgeting, procurement, subcontractor management, and project financials. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and related interior construction projects from initial award through execution and final closeout.
• Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, workforce requirements, and construction plans.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work to confirm project requirements and identify potential issues.
• Coordinate project activities with owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and field crews.
• Track project financials, including labor productivity, material expenses, subcontractor costs, billing, change orders, and overall profitability.
