AlphaGov is the government and public-sector division of Casa Moon LLC. We help public-sector organizations address workforce challenges through executive search, recruiting, workforce planning, and workforce intelligence.

We are inviting recruiters, executive search consultants, and sourcing specialists to apply for current and upcoming recruiting opportunities. We welcome experience across industries, functions, and seniority levels.

Government recruiting experience is preferred, but not required. If you have successfully identified, engaged, and placed qualified candidates, we encourage you to apply.

The Opportunity

Support searches for executive, leadership, management, professional, and specialized positions. Depending on your background and the assignment, your involvement may include candidate sourcing, screening, full-cycle recruiting, or leading a search from kickoff through placement.

Searches may involve administration, finance, human resources, technology, engineering, infrastructure, operations, economic development, and other specialized functions.

What You’ll Do

• Understand the client’s hiring needs, position requirements, and search priorities.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates, including professionals who are not actively seeking a new position.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates again
