About AlphaGov

AlphaGov is the government and public-sector division of Casa Moon LLC. We support workforce decisions through recruiting, executive search, workforce planning, and workforce intelligence.

We are connecting with experienced recruiters for upcoming leadership and professional search engagements. AlphaGov is currently pursuing six government executive and senior leadership search contracts.

Private-sector recruiting experience is welcome. Government experience is preferred, not required.

The Opportunity

Help identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates for management, director-level, executive, and specialized professional positions.

Your responsibilities may include full-cycle recruiting or selected stages of a search, depending on your strengths and the assignment. We welcome recruiters with expertise in one or several functions, including operations, finance, human resources, technology, engineering, administration, and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Translate client hiring requirements into practical recruiting and sourcing plans.
• Find and engage candidates through direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess relevant experience, qualifications, and interest.
