Strategic Senior Advisor, Government Contracts
AlphaHire is building a small group of senior strategic advisors with deep operating experience in areas that matter to our next stage of growth.
We are currently looking for a Strategic Senior Advisor with significant government contracting experience.
AlphaHire provides workforce and execution intelligence for construction, infrastructure, energy, power, data centers, and other capital-intensive markets. We are also expanding our work with federal, state, and local government agencies and pursuing opportunities where our data, research, workforce intelligence, and subject-matter expertise can solve meaningful public-sector problems.
We are looking for someone who has operated inside the government contracting ecosystem and can help us avoid the mistakes companies make when entering or scaling in this market.
The experience we're looking for
Ideally, you have substantial experience with several of the following:
- Federal, state, or large municipal government contracting
- Capture strategy and opportunity qualification
- RFP/RFQ/RFI evaluation and bid/no-bid decisions
- Proposal strategy and competitive positioning
- FAR/DFARS and government procurement processes
- IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, GSA schedules, or similar contract vehicles
- Prime/subcontractor and teaming strategies
- Agency relationship development
- Contract compliance and post-award execution
