WIL builds methodology-transparent workforce intelligence and applied public-safety and justice research capacity — including training and technical assistance (TTA) support packaged for grant and sponsored-research pursuits.

We engage experienced practitioners for both full-time employment and project-based contract roles, depending on the award and staffing model.
