Workforce Development Program Consultant - Port & Maritime
AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans workforce and economic development, port and maritime workforce systems, emergency management and continuity planning, housing and community development, grant administration technical assistance, research and program evaluation, and applied field operations support.
We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with travel as required for client and field sites. We build teams for current live pursuits.

What you'll do:
- Assess port, maritime, logistics, and adjacent-industry workforce needs and occupational pathways
- Design or strengthen training, recruitment, pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeship, and placement pipelines
- Coordinate employers, labor and community partners, education providers, and municipal workforce programs
