From onboarding to offboarding and everything in between - you'll handle the details that keep our team supported and compliant, especially with German labor law.

• Maintain and improve our HR system - not just data entry, but ensuring we’re compliant, efficient, and audit-ready

• Draft, manage, and store contracts, agreements, and official documents

• Organize onboarding and offboarding - communication, checklists, welcome kits and exit info

• Be the go-to person for daily employee questions - time off, policies, legal regulations
