Product Designer @ AltaML You'll be embedded on a product team with a PM and tech lead, not a design resource work gets thrown over the wall to. You're in the room from first discovery conversation through shipped product and every iteration after. Ownership of usability risk is your job. The PM owns value and viability, the tech lead owns feasibility, you own whether users can actually use the product and whether they'll want to. On enterprise AI products, this is where most failures happen: users don't trust what they can't understand, and they quietly abandon what slows them down.
