About The Role
This role is looking for a Portfolio Risk Senior Lead that plays a critical role in shaping Amartha’s credit policies, overseeing portfolio performance, and implementing risk strategies that align with our mission to support millions of underserved micro-businesses. You will collaborate with data, business, and operations teams to drive sustainable growth, reduce credit losses, and enhance financial inclusion across Indonesia. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of credit risk policies across Amartha's lending products.
- Monitor and analyze loan portfolio performance, trends, and segmentation to inform strategic decisions.</
