AI & Business Systems Transformation Manager

The position sits at the intersection of business process improvement and technology strategy, partnering with teams across the company to identify practical opportunities for transformation and turn them into lasting operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI and business systems transformation initiatives across multiple departments.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Research, recommend, and implement AI technologies, enterprise applications, and workflow solutions to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical and operational solutions.
• Manage system implementation projects, including scope, timelines, resources, testing, and user adoption.
• Oversee the integration and optimization of ERP, CRM, BI, and other enterprise systems.<
