Senior Product Growth Manager, Adoption

The role

Amenitiz's product surface is expanding faster than ever: new capabilities, new product lines, new AI-powered experiences. But value created is only half the story. Value realized is what grows hotels and grows us.

You'll own that second half. You'll make sure every release gets adopted, every feature becomes a habit, and every launch has measurable customer impact. Just as important, you'll make adoption visible, so when a launch stalls, we know exactly where and why.

This is not a demand generation or lead acquisition role: no MQLs, no pipeline, no paid campaigns, no brand work. It's also not a launch comms role. If your instinct when adoption is low is to send a better email, this isn't your role. If it's to open the funnel, find where users drop off, and fix what's in their way, it very much is.

You'll be the senior voice on product adoption at Amenitiz, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer and sitting inside the Product organization. We're an AI-first company and expect you to work like one: you scale through automation, and headcount comes later. Agents, workflows, and automated pipelines are your team members too.
