About the Role…
We’re looking for a commercially minded and insights-driven Demand Planner to join our Operations team, reporting to our Demand Planning Lead. In this role, you’ll lead demand planning and forecasting, playing a critical part in shaping inventory outcomes and supporting business performance. Day to day responsibilities include:
- Developing and continuously improving demand forecasts using data, trends, and commercial inputs
- Monitoring forecast accuracy, bias, and volatility to drive improvements
- Leading and contributing to an effective, insight-led S&OP process
- Providing scenarios, risks, and recommendations to support business decisions
- Supporting inventory optimisation and OTB planning with forward-looking insights
