Director, Strategic Enterprise Delivery

The Director, Strategic Enterprise Delivery is responsible for helping ACCC translate strategic priorities into coordinated, measurable execution across the organization.

Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the ACCC Leadership Team, and functional leaders, this role will create greater discipline, visibility, and accountability around ACCC’s most important cross-functional initiatives.

This is not a traditional project management role. The Director will help connect strategy to execution by ensuring major initiatives have clear objectives, ownership, milestones, dependencies, and measures of success. The role will also provide leadership with an enterprise view of priorities, progress, risks, and competing demands so the organization can make better decisions and execute more consistently.

• Translate organizational priorities into clearly defined initiatives with owners, milestones, expected outcomes, and measures of success.
• Maintain a consolidated view of ACCC’s most important strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
• Help ensure annual priorities, quarterly Rocks, major investments, and departmental initiatives are aligned to broader organizational goals.
