As the Director of Manufacturing Engineering, you will be responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of our building system — a proprietary kit-of-parts for building high-quality housing.
What You'll Do
The factory is your product — you will own everything from factory layout, equipment procurement, and factory buildout to commissioning and optimization of the factory
Build and lead a team of engineers, manufacturing specialists, and technicians to design, build, and operate the manufacturing facility to produce our building system
Collaborate with mechanical engineering and architecture teams to refine our kit-of-parts for
