Job Summary 

LANEIGE US is seeking a strategic, highly collaborative PR Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated communications initiatives that elevate brand awareness, strengthen cultural relevance, and drive earned media value and influence. This role will oversee high-profile projects across media, influencer marketing, events, and brand partnerships ensuring seamless best-in-class execution from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate has 4-5+ years of PR/Influencer Marketing experience within the beauty industry, preferably in-house, with a strong understanding of the evolving beauty and creator landscape. This individual is an exceptional project manager and strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute campaigns that drive measurable business results. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate cross-functional collaboration, and possess excellent written and verbal communication.
