The Manager of Growth & Performance Marketing will support full-funnel, cross-channel performance strategy for Innisfree, Mamonde, and Hanyul. This role touches paid search, paid social, and Amazon media (Sponsored Ads and DSP), driving efficient growth across both national digital channels and key retail media environments. The ideal candidate blends hands-on platform expertise with strategic media planning and creative strategy. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop both creative and analytical skills while contributing to high-impact brand campaigns and product launches across multiple brands.
