About the Role

We're hiring RCM Specialists with 2 to 4 years of experience in AR follow-up, denial management, and collections for medical, dental, and DME claims. You'll work at the intersection of traditional RCM and AI, helping our customers collect more, faster, while making sure our AI performs to the highest standard.

You'll work outstanding claims through our platform, take the actions our AI can't complete on its own, and review AI results against customer SOPs. As our product and customer base evolve, your responsibilities may shift to align with near-term priorities. This is a role for someone who
