About the role

The Billing Manager will own a book of client accounts and the team that runs them. This isn't a role where you inherit a fixed team and keep it running. You'll need to be equal parts people manager, operator, and trusted advisor, working in concert with your peers to build best practices, document processes, and drive efficiencies. You need the judgment to staff and restaff a team as your book changes; the discipline to run fair, consistent 1-on-1s, and performance conversations; the coaching instinct to grow the leaders who report to you, not just the billers on the f
