Inheriting a solid foundation with major recent investments, the incoming CIO will raise Amplify's operational ceiling-navigating a complex environment featuring consultative sales, physical/digital fulfillment, and sophisticated revenue recognition. The CIO leads a 175-person organization (75 FTEs plus partners and contractors) with a budget over $45 million, reporting to a CTO who is a hands-on technical leader invested in the CIO's success, and working closely with the COO on enterprise initiatives.
