Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Warfighting Investments, Resourcing, and Execution (WIRE) Office Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) Program within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (IBP). In this key role, you will provide senior-level financial management, budget formulation, and budget execution expertise to support IBP's mission of strengthening and sustaining the defense industrial base and its critical supply chains. You will lead complex financial analyses, oversee budget planning and execution activities, develop executive-level financial products, and advise senior leadership throughout the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
