In this position, the right candidate will support managing timelines, resolving problems, and coach team members on Agile methodologies; coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups; and drives transparency of contractor efforts across the cyber teams, coordinating with greater Government Agile processes. Position Responsibilities: This position keeps delivery teams running at a cadence, with well-formed backlogs and clear, transparent reporting. Responsibilities include: Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) for assigned teams. Manage each project's scope and timeline; work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide teams toward higher scrum maturity. Remove impediments and resolve conflicts; act as point of contact for team communications. Support Program Increment (PI) planning and coordinating dependencies with other teams.
