This position serves as a trusted advisor to Government leadership by providing strategic guidance across cybersecurity, SIGINT integration, enterprise architecture, operational modernization, and acquisition initiatives that enhance mission effectiveness across Army, NSA, ARCYBER, and Joint cyber operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior Government leaders, engineering organizations, acquisition professionals, and mission stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies, identify capability gaps, and develop modernization strategies that strengthen enterprise cybersecurity and operational readiness.
