The selected candidate will guide product strategy, feature prioritization, and Agile delivery for a major federal modernization and data migration program. This role leads backlog development, aligns mission and technical needs, and ensures products and features are ready for release across cloud, data, application, and migration workstreams. The Business Analyst partners closely with engineering, Scrum, QA, cloud, migration, and stakeholder teams to deliver high-quality capabilities that support mission critical outcomes. Specific duties and responsibilities include: Own, develop, and prioritize the product backlog based on mission needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and program priorities. Translate requirements into clear user stories, features, and acceptance criteria aligned with modernization, cloud, data, and migration initiatives.
