The selected candidate will lead high complexity extract, transform, and load (ETL) operations supporting a major federal modernization program. This role is responsible for architecting, operating, validating, and optimizing data migration pipelines that move high volume, multi-source datasets from legacy environments into modern cloud platforms. The engineer serves as a senior technical contributor within the Migration Workstream, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability throughout large scale migration cycles. Specific duties and responsibilities include: ETL Pipeline Architecture & Execution Design, develop, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines supporting petabyte scale data migration. Build extraction and transformation logic for structured and unstructured datasets. Engineer automated workflows for performance, throughput, error handling, and resiliency.
