ABOUT THE TEAM
Product Support Engineering exists to maximise the operational availability of the Dive-XL fleet. We sit between the teams in the field who operate and sustain the system alongside our customers, and the engineering teams that design it. When something unexpected happens — at sea, at a maintenance facility, in the middle of the night — we are the engineering team that answers, works out what happened, and decides how to proceed. The other part of the job is making sure it does not happen twice.
