People Operations Lead – LATAM

Position Summary The People Operations Lead - LATAM plays a key role in supporting People Operations activities across the LATAM, serving as the primary HR contact for employees in Mexico. This position acts as a bridge between employees, leaders, and the U.S. People Operations team, helping ensure consistent and positive employee experience while supporting the effective execution of People programs, processes, and initiatives. The role is responsible for coordinating employee lifecycle activities, maintaining HR data and documentation, supporting performance and development processes, coordinating local recruiting efforts, and facilitating the local implementation of regional and global People initiatives. This is an individual contributor role that offers broad exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, HR operations, talent development, performance management, employee experience, and organizational initiatives.
