About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Assistant to join our technical operations team supporting a live streaming and OTT media platform. You'll help maintain infrastructure reliability, support live event operations, and grow into a broader DevOps/SRE role working alongside CDN, streaming, and NOC vendors.
Job Description
- Monitor infrastructure and platform health, and produce regular status/incident reports
- Support day-to-day operations of cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Monitor live event streaming health (CDN performance, adaptive bitrate delivery, playback QoS) and flag anomalies
- Participate in incident response and escalation workflows (e.g., Jira Service Management, on-call rotations)
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and monitoring providers on integration and troubleshooting
