Job Description
Overall responsibility for business performance in Austria
Development and implementation of measures to increase sales and revenue
Development of sales strategies
Budget planning and management
Leadership and development of the sales team
Organization of employee training programs
Preparation of reports and presentations for the General Manager and auditors
Market monitoring and close collaboration with the Marketing team
Conducting sales negotiations and visiting key accounts
Qualifications
Completed professional or academic education, or several years of relevant sales experience, combined with a strong understanding of business and commercial matters
Proven sales experience is essential
Strong negotiation skills and a sales-driven mindset
Team-oriented personality with strong leadership skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills and a confident, professional manner
Entrepreneurial mindset as well as an independent, proactive and committed approach to work
Good command of English and solid PC/user application skills
Additional Information
This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Retail Sector. Your actual performance-related salary will depend on your experience and qualifications.
The position offers a gross monthly salary starting from EUR 4,500.00 on an all-in basis, excluding commissions and travel allowances. Depending on your qualifications and experience, an attractive market-based overpayment is, of course, possible.
