Position Summary
Antora Energy is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager/Paralegal to support its growing legal team and improve the speed, consistency, visibility, and efficiency of its commercial contracting process. Reporting to and working closely with Senior Corporate Counsel, this hands-on role will own contract intake, administration, and workflow as the company scales — supporting Supply Chain, Project Development, Engineering, Finance, and other business teams. You'll manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and supply-chain contracts, while helping implement and administer the Company's CLM platform and clearing an existing contract backlo
