The Role

We're building the legal team at AnySignal. You'll partner directly with our General Counsel and own commercial contracting end to end, from customer and vendor agreements through subcontracts and teaming arrangements.

This is a broad seat. You'll spend most of your time on commercial work, but at a company our size the legal function covers everything: employment questions, corporate governance, IP, compliance, and the occasional problem nobody has seen before. You'll take real ownership of the contracting function and build the process, templates, and playbooks that let it scale past you.

We don't need you to have worked in a fast moving defense start-up (although it wouldn’t hurt!) We need you to be a strong commercial lawyer who is comfortable making decisions without a committee, and who can pick up a new regulato
