The Role

We're hiring our first Contracts Specialist to own the day-to-day operation of AnySignal's commercial contracting. We need a dedicated specialist that can unblock our legal leadership and allow our team to execute more efficiently as we scale into larger more complex opportunities.

You'll be the first point of contact for contracts across the company, running intake, redlining against approved playbooks, tracking obligations, and keeping our contract records in a state where anyone can find what they need in under a minute. Where something is genuinely novel or high-risk, you escalate. Everything else, you close.

This is a hands-on operating role at a company that builds real hardware for real missions. You'll work directly with our General Counsel and partner closely with business development, supply chain, production, finance, and engineering
