AnywhereNow is a Microsoft Teams-native CCaaS/UCaaS provider, headquartered in Rotterdam and backed by private equity investor Bregal. Its Dialogue Cloud platform spans three product lines - Neo, Tendfor and Deepdesk - bringing enterprise contact-centre, attendant-console and AI agent-assist capability natively into Microsoft Teams. 

We sell predominantly through a partner-led motion - resellers, TSDs and Microsoft co-sell - across EMEA, with a scale-up mandate to expand internationally. Marketing exists to build that partner-led demand engine, not just the brand around it. 

The Role 

This is a replacement hire leading an established but lean three-person team. We are not looking for a pure brand custodian or a delegator. We need a hands-on player-coach who can set global marketing strategy and still run the plays - someone comfortable owning a number, building pipeline through partners, and picking up and invigorating an experi
