Role's Mission
The FP&A Manager owns the financial models, forecasts, and analysis that turn Aplazo's numbers into decisions. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Risk, and the business—building the forecasts leadership relies on, tracking the unit economics that drive the BNPL model, and flagging what's changing before it shows up in the P&L. Reporting to the Finance and Strategy Lead, you'll own core financial processes end-to-end while partnering closely with Commercial, Risk, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Analyze variances against budget/forecast and identify one-off or extraordinary impacts before they distort the picture.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Build, update, and defend the monthly forecast and budget-vs-actual cycle that leadership uses to make decisions.
