In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, validation, and implementation of advanced electrical power distribution and conversion systems. This position owns major electrical subsystems, drives design documentation and reviews, supports cross-functional collaboration, mentors early‑career engineers, and ensures solutions meet safety, manufacturability, compliance, and performance expectations across the full product lifecycle. This role requires travel to southern Minnesota as needed, but less than 20% travel is expected.
