Aptura is an applied AI research company. We work with frontier AI labs to improve how their models handle complex, real-world professional work in finance, legal, healthcare, policy and beyond. We do it by working with experienced practitioners who create versions of real work: the models, documents, presentations and analyses that show AI what good actually looks like.
The shape of the work
Paid project work that is designed to run alongside full-time employment.
Remote and asynchronous: you pick up discrete tasks and are paid per completed task
Scope, fee, deadlines and payment terms are confirmed individually in writing before you start
Your work is reviewed by senior professionals from your own field
