Presales Consulting Manager

As an AI Solution Manager at Arabic.AI, you will provide technical oversight, governance, and direction for AI solutions for enterprise customers throughout the pre-sales lifecycle. You will partner with AI, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to translate complex customer requirements into scalable, secure, and commercially viable AI solutions that maximize customer value and business growth. The role requires strong hands-on technical capability and the ability to independently assess and resolve technical requirements and solution questions, minimizing unnecessary reliance on the broader technical team.

Acting as the senior technical advisor during strategic opportunities, you will provide technical guidance to the pre-sales function, intervene in complex cases as needed, ensure solution quality, reduce delivery risks, standardize technical approaches, and continuously enhance Arabic.AI's solution offerings and pre-sales capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Solution Strategy & Technical Leadership

·       Provide technical oversight and direction for complex and strategic enterprise AI opportunities.

·       Serve as a senior technical advisor throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, providing guidance to AI Solution Engineers and intervening in complex cases as
