Arc is on a mission to electrify the marine industry. We're rethinking powertrains, software, and vessel designs from first principles. And we're already executing. Now we’re extending our platform to commercial applications, starting with tugs, ferries, and defense, with years worth of signed contracts and a pipeline that spans every vessel type on the water.

Who we’re looking for

As a Fabrication Technician on our Fab team, you will own turning raw stock into finished, boat ready components. That spans setting up and running our CNC equipment, fabricating and welding metal parts, fixtures, and assemblies, and keeping our fab shop safe, organized, and moving. Day to day focus shifts between machining, welding, and general fabrication based on what the shop and the build schedule need.
