Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own the success of Arc's sales operations across the West region. This role is perfect for a leader who can move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and hands-on, in-the-field execution — someone who's as comfortable building a market plan as they are coaching a team member at the dock.
