Position Overview

Archera is hiring a BDR Manager to lead and help scale the team that builds our sales pipeline. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will manage a team of four BDRs of mixed seniority and own the qualified meetings (SQLs) they generate. This is a true player-coach role: you will spend real hours on the phones modeling what great outbound looks like, while coaching reps in the flow of the work, sharpening playbooks and sequences, and owning a weekly forecast with sales leadership.
