Job Description
Archy is hiring a Sales Development Manager to lead and scale our onsite SDR team coming to Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing our outbound sales motion, shaping a high-performing distributed team culture, and driving predictable top-of-funnel growth for our cloud-based dental practice management platform.

We are looking for an experienced SDR Manager with a proven track record of coaching reps across all performance tiers—helping high performers reach new milestones while providing the structured guidance needed to elevate underperforming team members. Working with an established SDR framework in an early-stage SaaS startup, you will hire, train, coach, and mentor a distributed team of remote SDRs.
