Embedded within the Care & Repair team, The Circular Innovation Co-op student is responsible for supporting the implementation of repairability requirements needed to qualify Arc’teryx’s circular product ranges. The Circular Innovation Co-op student will work closely with the Care & Repair Circular Innovation Specialist, creative product and sustainability teams to ensure longevity, repairability, raw material and end-of-life requirements are fulfilled on a seasonal basis. The circular qualification initiative feeds directly into Care & Repair’s overall mandate to repair more, reduce waste, while keeping the good in play. Throughout your Co-op, you will be exposed to cross-functional collaboration, building partnerships and trust by clearly communicating to influence change.
