Department: Merchandise Planning & Allocations - NAM Reports to: Senior Director, Merchandise Planning & Allocations - NAM Location:  North Vancouver, BC Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As Director, Planning & Allocations - NAM, you will lead the end-to-end Retail and eCommerce DTC planning strategy across North America, driving growth, profitability, inventory productivity, and customer experience. You will develop annual, seasonal, and long-range plans while overseeing inventory, sales, margin, and operational planning strategies across the product lifecycle. You will lead high-performing teams across Merchandise Financial Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Planning, while advancing planning transformation initiatives, automation, and o9 capabilities. Partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital, and Regional Commercial leaders, you will translate business priorities into actionable strategies and data-driven decisions that support regional objectives and business growth.
