Facilities and Workplace Experience Coordinator – Arc’One

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As the Facilities Coordinator at Arc’One, you will help keep our manufacturing, distribution, and office environments safe, clean, organized, and ready for daily operations. This is a hands-on role that combines practical maintenance tasks with coordination, problem-solving, and responsive service to our teams. From building production furniture and completing minor repairs to coordinating cleaning services and setting up events, you will take pride in keeping our spaces up to standard. You bring a flexible, service-minded approach: no job is too big or too small. You are ready to pitch in, work safely within your training, and coordinate the right support when a task requires additional expertise. This role is based out of Arc’One in New Westminster and is expected to be performed on-location. You will work with Facilities, Manufacturing, Distribution, Maintenance, Health & Safety, and office teams, as well as porters, cleaners, suppliers, and service representatives. Together, we respond to everyday needs and improve the workplace for employees and guests.
