You'll lead front-end development initiatives within a collaborative team environment, working directly with our Brazil Country Head and fellow developers. Your expertise will guide the creation of intuitive, appealing, and performant web applications for our clients. What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with clients and lead team members through the design and implementation of high-quality solutions based on technical and business requirements
• Drive the adoption of modern development standards, tools, and frameworks to ensure the highest quality output
• Produce detailed documentation, test plans, and maintain well-documented, clean, and efficient code
• Actively mentor junior and mid-level team members, promoting best practices and professional growth
• Foster trusted partnerships with coworkers and clients
• Develop interactive prototypes to explore innovative UI solutions
• Develop tested and documented TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
