Position Description:
The Program Manager (PM) serves as Arlo’s single point of accountability for overall execution of Strategic and Foundational Operations (S&F) support to DC3, providing management direction, administration, leadership, and quality control across all task areas and subcontractors. The PM ensures performance meets PWS requirements, performance thresholds, and delivery schedules while maintaining strict separation from inherently governmental functions.
