Legal Counsel – Credit Funds – Client Role

About the Role   Our client, a leading alternative investment manager, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Legal & Compliance team in a dedicated in-house counsel role supporting a growing credit investment platform.   This is an opportunity for an attorney with investment management experience to move into, or continue building their career within, an in-house environment and work directly alongside investment professionals, senior leadership, operations, and compliance teams. The role will provide legal and regulatory guidance across private and registered investment funds, with exposure to fund formation, ongoing operations, governance, compliance, and a range of credit investment strategies.
