Our fleet will deliver unprecedented levels of accuracy, coverage, and responsiveness to power critical insights precisely where they’re needed most. About the Job Array Labs is looking for an FP&A Manager to help us build and run the function from the ground up. You'll be our first dedicated finance hire, responsible for the model, planning cadence, and reporting the company needs to scale, without creating unnecessary overhead for the team. You'll sit at the intersection of financial planning and strategic analysis, building a financial operating model that connects contracts, programs, manufacturing, and commercial plans into one clear view of revenue, margin, and cash. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role reporting to the COO. Responsibilities Own the company financial model, connecting signed contracts, pipeline, program schedules, production, headcount, procurement commitments, capital expenditures, a
