There has never been a more exciting time to get on board, so read on to learn more and apply today!   Who We Want   The Arrive Fresh Risk Specialist focuses exclusively on carrier vetting and load-level approvals to ensure that carrier qualifications, reefer equipment, and authority meet regulatory requirements, PACA guidelines, and Arrive Fresh internal standards. In this role, the specialist is responsible for the rigorous vetting and approving of new cold-chain carriers to ensure temperature-controlled standards, USDA inspection compliance, and FSMA Sanitary Transportation rules are met. Additionally, they proactively identify and mitigate cargo theft, carrier fraud, and high-risk carriers to protect perishable load value and support front-line sales velocity. You will streamline carrier onboarding, verify driver temperature-controlled experience, and support load-level approvals. Success in this role means maintaining a top-tier produce carrier network, reducing claim exposures, and ensuring data integrity across high-value/high-risk lanes.
