Patient Access Specialist

Artera is on a mission to personalize medical decisions for patients and physicians on a global scale. The Patient Access Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract) supports Artera's Patient Access team during a temporary special assignment focused on managing patient communications and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This role is primarily responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound patient calls, verifying insurance information, educating patients on coverage and payment options, and accurately documenting interactions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams.
